Where we last left off, our intrepid party found a Chapel of Rigga, the Earthmother, outside Adrik’s Folly. Inside, a woman, Alexandra Galekin, a cleric to Rigga the Earthmother, indicated her husband, Kevin, had been captured and being held in Adrik’s Folly along with other villagers captured by the drow. She implored the group to help rescue Kevin and the other prisoners.
Among other things, she provided the party with a one-time use of a teleportation scroll, where the circle is in the Chapel of Rigga. The spell takes 1 minute to cast and will stay open for 60 seconds, or 10 rounds.
Since then, the group’s dreams have been plagued by something sinister stalking you in the woods.
Entering the secret entrance and exploring Adrik’s Folly and after desecrating a coffin and finding four healing potions, the party made their way up a set of stairs.
The party found several drow searching a quartermaster's office. After subduing the dark elves, the group continued to travel the hallways and opened every single door as quickly as possible. Finding several bedrooms and storage areas, a few useful items were discovered. Including a sack with six pounds of soap, which was quickly given to Nick Beardless so he could play the “Hygiene Game.”
Finding the Grand Gallery and admiring the great lords and ladies of Adrik’s past, they came across two drow guards.
Quickly dispatching them, they entered a door they guarded.
Inside were Rybalka villagers, among many others, captured by the drow.
The people clamor to their feet, surging towards the group. In a deep, resonated voice, a tall, thin man asks, “I’m Kevin Galekin; who the hell are you?”
Wynter tells the captives. “We’re Heroic Inspiration! We are here to Rock and Rescue you!”
A dwarf with bright red hair then emerged from the crowd, and the party recognized him as your manager, Col. Amberaxe. He said, “It’s abut time ye be showing up. I be thinking of scheduling a gig at this castle, and what did ye know, it be inhabited by these disgusting drow.”
A very muscular woman asked, “Should we come with you if we want to live?”
Finally, a man in the back whispers sharply over them all, “Shhh!!!!! Quiet!” before continuing, “You don’t want them to hear us, do you?”
